We are a private company bound by ethical values where all the co-founders are from the hospitality industry. Collective experience of the highly talented team is over 50 years in various facets of the trade. At Emeralda Management Group; experience, passion, in-depth understanding of today's market place & competition is what we are all about. 

Our typical management contract term is 10 years with another 5 years automatic renewal and additional 5 years subject to mutual agreement. 

We believe in delivering exceptional experiences to our customers while fulfilling our environmental and social responsibility. Emeralda Management Group provides a full range of property management services, identifying key objectives for the property and implement through the general management units. These include:

Accounting: monitor and control all the accounting processes on behalf of the owner.

Administration & Human Resources: manage the process of recruitment, training and personal development program (PDP).

Day to Day Operations: on behalf of the owning company, we manage the daily operations of the resort and related activities in accordance with the prior agreed budget and standards. This also includes all excursions and experiential activities to entertain and attract guests to the resort. 

Quality Assurance:

Twice a year, an independent third party will conduct a detailed audit of the overall operations across all the internationally-recognized standards, policies and procedures set forth by Emeralda Management Group. This exercise is to ensure continuous improvement of the product and service quality at the property.

Finance:

Manage and supervise the budgeting process. The planned budgets are all supported with key action plans, which are part of the yearly business plan that is submitted for approval 60 days prior to the start of the fiscal year.

Insurance:

Bookkeeping and updating all insurance and licensing on behalf of the owner.

Maintenance:

Master-planning and direction of all mechanical operations, repair and maintenance routines.

Property:

Ensuring the protection of the owner's assets.
